Terms of Service

By accessing or using COOL’s website and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

“COOL”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the entity operating the Services identified on the website or in an applicable order form, if any. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws. The Services are not intended for use by minors.

3. No advice

The Services are provided for informational and infrastructure purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. Blockchain, wallets, and transactions

  • You control your wallet and private keys. We do not custody your assets unless explicitly stated.
  • Network activity may be delayed, reordered, or fail due to congestion, outages, or third-party issues.
  • Transactions may be irreversible. Confirm addresses, amounts, and networks before submitting any transaction.

5. Testnet and Devnet notice

Testnets and devnets are experimental environments. Tokens used there may have no value and may be reset at any time. Features may be unstable or removed without notice.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass rate limits, security, or access controls.
  • Do not use the Services to violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not introduce malware, scrape at harmful volumes, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party providers including RPC providers, wallets, bridges, analytics, and hosting services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services and related content, excluding user content and open-source components. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

9. User content and submissions

If you submit content including emails, wallet addresses, feedback, or forms, you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Services. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed for these purposes.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If no Privacy Policy is provided, we process only the data necessary to operate the Services.

11. Service changes and beta features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental and may change without notice.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COOL and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COOL and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including sanctions and export controls. We may restrict or refuse service where required to comply with law.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or posed a risk to the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.

17. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and venue will be on United Kingdom.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
